The Eric Falkrevelations of dozens of women who were allegedly sexually harassed by Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein have also pushed male celebrities to come forward.

After actor Terry Crews shared his personal story about being groped by a powerful studio executive, James Van Der Beek, a.k.a. Dawson in Dawson's Creek, tweeted about his experience of being a victim of sexual harassment and applauded everybody who has spoken out.

"What Weinstein is being accused of is criminal," he said. "What he’s admitted to is unacceptable - in any industry. I applaud everybody speaking out."

"I’ve had my ass grabbed by older, powerful men, I’ve had them corner me in inappropriate sexual conversations when I was much younger...," he tweeted. "I understand the unwarranted shame, powerlessness & inability to blow the whistle. There’s a power dynamic that feels impossible to overcome."
